Julie Fairclough

Jackie Blackburn

Jackie joined Stockport Tri Club in 2015 and has participated in sprint and middle distance triathlons and has completed Bolton, Mallorca and Wales Ironman.

A High School Food Technology Teacher who likes to de-stress by competing in challenging activities ranging from the Bolton Ironman and Snowdon Ultra Marathon to one day planning to swim the English Channel.

Sarah Leah

Sarah has completed marathons, ultra marathons and Ironman triathlons and is passionate about supporting other people to reach goals they didn’t think were possible! She particularly enjoys swim coaching and has completed Swim Smooth’s 3 day coach education course.

She also enjoys being the favourite Grandma of Max and spending time in the best valley in the world….Glossopdale!

Janet Grint

A keen runner,  Janet learnt to swim with Stockport Tri Club in 2013 . Janet  went on to complete her first triathlon in 2014 age 39. Since then she has competed in sprint distance events and duathlons. She won her first triathlon at Oldham in 2018 age 42. Janet assists with our adult swim sessions and is our ladies time trial captain. She is also our resident kayaker at club open water events.

Cath Jones

Cath has been running the Beginners courses for Bramhall Runners for over 6 years and loves to pass on the ‘enjoyment’ of running to new people. She has completed running distances from 5k to Ultra Marathon along with a couple of Sportive and Duathlons.
