We have Physiotherapy and Sports Massage appointments available. Studio gym with Yoga and Pilates Classes, and a fully equipped exercise rehab gym.

We specialise in the treatment and prevention of sports injuries. We have three Private consulting rooms, a fully equipped Exercise Studio for pilates and yoga classes and a rehab gym for cardiovascular training and resistance training.

We are Chartered Physiotherapists registered with the Health Professions Council. This means that we are regulated and commit to upholding high standards of Professionalism and Quality. We offer quality Musculoskeletal Physiotherapy from experienced clinicians for athletes and the general public alike. We work with the international class and professional, as well as the recreational athlete on a regular basis to treat and also prevent injuries. We offer high quality, prompt management of Musculoskeletal Injuries which deals with the problem before it escalates, with access to experienced allied health care professionals such as Podiatrists and Consultants

Rules & Conduct

1. Club vests/t shirts to be worn at races to accrue points

2. Stockport Tri club name needs to be on race entry form so the runners name and club name appears on the results. Some entry forms ask for your affiliation numbers. These are on your UK Athletics card that you receive in the post from UKA when you join.

3. You don’t need to register to take part in the race series.

4. We will put an updated points table on the site as soon as we have it.
